Hallmark Academy was founded in 2004 by Professor Cheta Williams and Mrs. Patience Williams, two passionate educators with a shared vision—to create a school that nurtures the minds and character of young learners while preparing them to thrive in an ever-changing world.

The school began modestly in Omoku, Rivers State, Nigeria, with a handful of pupils and a deep commitment to academic excellence, moral values, and personal growth.
